So you want a Pole Building...Great idea!
The first step is to let us know what you're looking for! A new home, a new commercial space, a new agricultural space or something else!
Our design team will put together drawings and a simple to understand quote.
At this point, we'll work with you on further customizations and detailed items to make sure that your space is just that : YOURS.

We will manage the permits for the entire process, it can be very difficult to navigate everything i f you've never done it before, but for us this is just a regular occurrence!
So, unless you prefer otherwise, let us do the heavy lifting.
Permits for houses generally take longer than garages or agricultural building, typically 3 – 5 months (depending on the county).

Construction and communication are where we shine! Take a look at our testimonials, and you'll see that our crews and project managers might even become new friends once this part of the process is over!
The draws for payments will be listed in the contract; the final payment will be due once the entire building is completed, and the final inspection completed by the county.
The certificate of occupancy will then be released.
